How it began:
As our universe was being created on the Flower of Life, an anomaly occurred on the sub-quantum level.
Source attempted to repair this, but instead it inverted in on itself.
This created all darkness, suffering and disease.
It was left this way because this duality made Earth the perfect school.
How to ascend in body, and the chakra shift:
Before this work, I thought ascension was a consciousness shift, and 5D meant remembering to think of unity.
After going through this ascension process, I see it requires:
transmuting old woundings held in the field
clearing the distortions held in the lower three chakras
opening the higher and lower gateways
non-judgement, integrity and humility
structuring the light body to hold enough divinity
grounding and stabilizing into a higher frequency core of the planet
Ascension is the process of becoming the angelic human, in body, on Earth, through discipline, healing and transmutation.
During this process, the frequency of the chakra system shifts. This enables one to ground into a higher frequency core of the planet. And it changes one’s experience of the world.
The traditional root, sacral and solar plexus hold the inverted energies of scarcity, greed, and personal will.
We see this show up in something as minor as deceit, or bigger, such as malignant narcissism.
On the largest scale of all, the inversion is the root of the darkest conspiracies on the planet.
We have the unique opportunity during this cycle of Earth’s evolution to shift and reorient towards true Source.
The energy that created a pull towards the inversion (the reversal fields) recently released. This is why so much darkness has been coming to light. It is ancient and it is being revealed to be cleared.
Now individuals can choose to move towards the inversion which is finite and ending, or towards true Source, which is infinite, expansive and based on love.
After the shift (in body ascension), the inverted energies fall away and one grounds into divine truth, compassion and non-judgement.
To maintain and stabilize the shift into 5D, one needs to have the proper structures added to the light body.

The impacts of in-body ascension:
Ascension changes one's experience of the world.
Life becomes a smooth, harmonious, balanced experience and there is a deeper resonance with nature.
Non-judgement, unity and compassion are no longer simply frameworks to remember.
They become innate ways of being.
Instead of moving towards the inverted, mechanical, finite version of reality, one aligns with the expansive, infinite version of reality. The shift aligns one with nature, the true Flower of Life and true Source energy.
Her works also ties in the Earth changes that we are on the brink of, which happen every 6,000 years.
As the Earth changes and ascends, we have the opportunity to graduate with her.
Once the Earth changes occur, darkness and inverted energies will not have a foothold on the planet. This is why we are seeing the crumbling of global systems that were founded on the inversion.
Why in-body ascension is important now:
I personally recommend individuals make their shift now to acclimate with the ascended version of Earth gracefully.
In doing so, you will be more connected to true Source, your angels and higher guidance. This will allow you to be guided to the right place and the right time as the Earth changes occur.
Additionally, you will already be accustomed to the higher frequencies that will exist on the planet after the changes.
Anything is possible, but if one does not do the work to clear the density or darkness held within themself and their field, it might be difficult to ground or stay in body after the changes.
